Individual Peach Cobblers

1/2 cup flour, white3/4 tsp. Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt1 cup Granulated Sugar1/2 cup Rice Dream Original rice milk (can use skim milk but recipe is calculated with rice)2 cups Peaches, fresh
Peel and slice peaches. Put in saucepan with 1/2 cup sugar. Bring to a boil.
In the meantime, spray 8 muffin tins with Pam. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, .5 cup sugar, milk and mix well. Pour evenly in 8 tins.
Pour peach mixture evenly over batter. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes or until browned.

Where does the butter go? - 8/28/08

I usually put the butter at the bottom but to reduce calories, I deleted it and they still taste really good. I just forgot to delete it in the ingredient listing. Hope you enjoy!
