Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients
2 Cups of Asparagus1/4 cup of garlic (or to taste)1/3 cup of seasoned bread crumbsSmart Balance Light Spread to tasteFresh grated Parmesan Cheese (2 ounces or enough to sprinkle heavily)
Directions
Place washed asparagus in bottom of a sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with other ingredients (with Smart Balance dollops intermittent - not too much needed), Cover in bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice. Uncover and bake until brown on top (about 5 minutes). This is REALLY great on the top shelf of your grill, if you're cooking out).

    What a great way to get the family to eat a vegetable! I also added shredded cheese and did not do quite as much garlic. We had panko bread crumbs and used those too. : ) YUMMY! - 6/5/10
