Gourmet Steak Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce4 Tbsp Soy Sauce (low soldium)2 Cloves Mashed GarlicJuice of 1 Lemon1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream1/2 Cup White WineGround Black Pepper (to taste)Fresh Basil (to taste)
Directions
1. Heat oil in a medium sized sauce pan on medium low heat
2. Add Garlic and sautee for 2-3 minutes
3. Add Worcestershire and soy sauce, lemon juice, cream, and white wine.
4. Reduce down for 10-15 minutes until desired consistency is reached
5. Add Basil and Ground Black Pepper to taste
