Easy Sweet n' Sour Chicken Stir Fry

1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast1tbsp. light cooking oil1/4 c. Light or Fat Free Catalina Dressing by KRAFT2 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce1 Bag of Frozen Mixed Stir Fry Vegetables2 cups of Brown rice to serve Stir Fry over (optional.)
CUT chicken into one inch strips
COOK and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on high heat 3 min.
ADD vegetables and cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
STIR in remaining ingredients; cook an additional 2 min. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Makes at least 4 servings depending on how many veggies you use and 1/2 cup brown rice per serving.
