Rumbamel's Loaded Broccoli Baked Red Potato

Ingredients
1 5 oz red potato cooked ( I use the microwave)2 oz frozen broccoli, defrosted and warmed1/4 C Pizza Cheese from Shop n Save (it's got lower calories than the other shredded varieties)1 T real bacon bits from Aldi1 T Daisy light Sour Cream(it doesn't have a lot of added ingredients)salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
I like to microwave my potato because it is quick. I wash it, poke it with holes, put it in a bowl with a tad bit of water and cook about 6 min. per pound.
Cut your tater into bite size pieces and top with the cheese then add the heated broccoli and remaining ingredients. Mash and stir. Heat another minute or two if necessary to melt the cheese and then stir again. Enjoy!
