Apple Coleslaw

Ingredients
Apples, cored and chopped, mediumBaby Carrots, raw, 1/2 carrot shreddedCelery, raw, 1/2 stalk, medium choppedFat Free Plain Yogurt, 1/2 c.Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 tspJack Daniels Mustard, 1 tsp Salt, 1/8 tspPepper, black, 1 dashCabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, shreddedScallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
Directions
Core and chop apple. Shred Carrot. Slice Celery. Put aside.

Medium bowl, stir together yogurt, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add apple and stir to coat thoroughly (this will help prevent the browning of the apple).

Add carrot, celery, cabbage and green onion. Toss thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate from 1- 1 and a half hours.
