Fiesta Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 can (5 1/2 ounces) vegetabel juice cocktail2 tablespoons lime juice1 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon salt8 ounces rotelle pasta, cooked and drained3 ounces sliced smoked turkey ham, cut into1' strips1 can (15 ounces) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained8 ounces frozen corn kernels, thawed1 cup (4 ounces) shredded low-fat cheddar cheese3 plum tomatoes, chopped3 scallions, sliced2 ounces sliced pitted black olives
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the vegetable juice, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon hot-pepper sauce, garlic, sugar, cumin, and salt. Whisk to mix. Add the pasta, ham, beans, corn, Cheddar, tomatoes, scallions and olives. Toss to mix. Taste and add up to 1/2 teaspoon more hot-pepper sauce, if
desired.
