Beth's Best Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups White All Purpose Floor3 tsps Baking Powder1 tsp Salt1/2 cup White Granulated Sugar1 Egg1 cup Milk ( I use 1%)1/4 cup Canola Oil (or Vegetable Oil)2 cups Blueberries (my family likes lots of berries)
Directions
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In seperate bowl beat egg and add milk, oil and blueberries. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. It will form a very thick batter. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle a little granulated sugar on top of each muffin and put in the overn for 15- 20 minutes. This will make 12 1 serving muffins. Put on rack to cool and enjoy!!
