Reuben Soup

Ingredients
1 slice Bacon1/2 cup chopped Onions8 cups Chicken broth1.5 to 2 cups Sauerkraut4 oz. Pastrami2 cups non-fat Milk 4 oz. Swiss Cheese shredded2 to 4 Tbs Sour Cream
Directions
Brown onions and bacon. Add in chicken broth when onions are transparent. Add in drained sauerkraut and cook for about 20 minutes. Add in milk, pastrami, shredded swiss cheese and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add sour cream and serve.
