Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. White or brown Flour1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon1/8 tsp Salt2 egg whites slightly beaten1 c. mashed banana3/4c. Sugar1/4c. Canola OilNon fat Cooking Spray or PAM
Directions
1) LIghtly coat pan with spray. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
2) Stir together egg whites, banana, sugar, and oil. Add flour mixture. Batter should be lumpy.
3) Bake at 350 F, 45-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
***Batter can be used for muffins also, cook for 35-40 minutes instead.
