vegetable and ground turkey creamy pasta

Ingredients
1.33 lbs ground turkey1 medium eggplant1 yellow squash1 green squash1 med onion,chopped2 table crushed garlic1 large green pepper1 cup sliced mushrooms1 28oz jar spaghetti sauce1pt light sour cream
Directions
makes approximately 8-1.5 cup serving
prepare pasta according to package( cook only to al dente)
brown ground turkey the drain, set aside
saute onions in the same pan, set aside
cut up, eggplant,pepper, green and yellow squash and steam for approximately 6 min.
drain pasta and use pot to mix all ingredients together including the cheese.
Bake until bubbly.
This amount of ingredients filled 2 casserole dishes. I freeze the other before baking.
