Ingredients
Cake, Devil Food Cake, pudding-type, 1 package (18.25 oz) Neufchatel Cheese, 1 package (3 oz) Butter, unsalted, 1 stick Egg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
MIx together the cream cheese, butter, egg and vanilla,, once it is all creamed together , add the cake mix.. until all the mix is thoroughly mixed, it s a pretty thick dough... once every thing is incorporated..put in fridge for 2 hours..
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
take a walnut size piece of dough and roll it in a ball.. roll in a plate of confectioners sugar and place on a non greased cookie sheet..
Place in oven for 12 min.... Take out and cool...
and there you have it..A
Delicious Devil Dog Cookie.. can be served with Whipped cream on top...enjoy
