Crab & Mushroom Appetizers

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1/2 lb mushrooms, diced3 green onion, thinly sliced6 oz light cream cheese, softened3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped1 tbsp lemon juice6 oz can fancy crabmeat1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper, black
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet. Saute mushrooms until tender. Add green onion and saute briefly. Remove from heat. In a bowl beat together cream cheese, parsley and lemon juice. Stir in crabmeat, contents of skillet and salt and pepper. Spread 3 tblsp of mixture on a toast round and place in a baking sheet. Continue until all mixture is used. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400 for about 8 min or until lightly browned.
Serves 10 - Makes 10 appetizers
