8 Spring Onions2 Garlic cloves, peeled and chopped1 Red Pepper peeled and chopped3 eggs, beaten200g Very low fat Fromage Frais127g Low fat cheddar cheese155g Cooked MacaroniSalt and Pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 180c/Gas 4
2. Mix in a bowl all ingredients, season well and place in a medium sized non-stick cake tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are cooked and top is golden brown.
3 Remove from oven and allow to stand for approx. 15 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with crisp salad.
Serves 4
