Panang Chicken

Ingredients
3 tbls of coconut milk1/2 tablespoon sugar1/2 tablespoon curry paste1 cups of cooked jasmine rice 5 chicken tenders
Directions
Saute chicken until cooked through. Mix coconut milk with panang curry paste and sugar and add to chicken and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
