Broccoli, Spinach, Mushroom and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 medium Kraft Tex Mex Cheese, 15 gram(s) Portabella Mushrooms, 20 grams Broccoli, 0.5 cup, chopped Spinach, frozen, 0.1 cup Onions, raw, 2 sliceCottage Cheese Fat free, 0.5 cupYellow Mustard, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Mix eggs, cottage cheese and mustard in a blender.
Place everything else in a pie dish (6 inch) sprayed with oil, and fold the egg mixture over it.

Bake at 400C for approx 30 minutes until golden on top.
