All Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 c. Kellogg's All Bran Cereal1 c. Whole Wheat Flour4 Tbsp ground Flax Seed1/4 c. Fiber Source Powder1 c. Mott's Applesauce1/4 c. packed brown sugar1 1/2 c. Skim Milk1 large whole egg1 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon2 tsp Nutmeg3 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Use three bowls:

Bowl #1. Mix whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, fiber source powder, cinnamon and nutmeg - set aside

Bowl #2. Mix cereal, flax seed, vanilla extract and milk - let soak

Bowl #3. Beat egg, mix with applesauce

Add Bowl #2 and #3 and mix well.

Then slowly add to Bowl #1.

Mix well, place into 12 individual muffin cups.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy.
