Oatmeal Raisin Scones

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour1 c Oats1/3 c dry milk1 t Baking Soda1/2 t Salt,1/4 c Canola Oil1/2 c RaisinsWater, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add raisins and stir to coat. Add oil and mix thoroughly. Add enough water to make dough form a ball. Pat into a round 1/2" thick (flour top in necessary) on a greased baking pan (I use a stone), and bake 12-14 minutes at 400.
