Classic Salsa

Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes1 small onion, finely chopped2 or 3 jalapeno peppers1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro1 small clove garlic, minced2 Tbsp lime juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut tomatoes in half; remove seeds. Coarsly chop tomatoes. Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, garlic and lime juice in a medium bowl. Add salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate one hour or up to three days for flavours to blend. Makes about 9 half-cup servings.
