1 pound of ground beef, lean1 jar of spaghetti sauce, flavor of your choice1 cup of uncooked macaroni noodles2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, season to your liking. I used onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil and fresh ground pepper. Drain.
Add the jar of spaghetti sauce, refill the empty jar with water and add as well. Stir in 1 cup of uncooked macaroni noodles (or pasta of your choice) until mixed well.
Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cover. Simmer until the water has boiled off and the macaroni is cooked. Add mozzarella cheese to cover the top (you may mix some in if you like), allow it to melt and then serve.
Makes a meal all on its own and goes well with a small side salad.
