2-cupsAll-Bran cereal 1cup skim milk 1cup crushed pineapple-drained 2/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese, 2 Egg Beaters, 1/2 tsp.coconut extract, 1 1/4 cupswheat flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 cup Slenda
Combine first 6 ingred. in large bowl, set aside.Combine flour, powder, salt, and sugar in small bowl. Add dry ingred. to cereal mixture, stir till blended. If too thick add some more milk, if too thin, add some more flour. Put in muffin tin that has been prepared with paper liners or Pam. Bake 25 min. at 400 degrees. Makes about 20.
