Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Chuck1 Cup Chopped Onion3 Cloves Garlic, minced1/2 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper1/2 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper1/2 Cup Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper2 Ribs Diced Celery1 1/2 Cups Diced Potato1 1/2 Cup Fresh Snap Green Beans8 Cups Water1 can diced tomatoesBeef Bullion to tasteSalt and Pepper to taste4 Cups Chopped Cabbage2 Carrots, Diced
Directions
Brown meat, onion, celery, peppers, and garlic together. Add water, bullion, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat. When mixture comes to a low boil, add the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook for about 1 hour or until to desired doneness.
