Sweet Jiffy Mix Corn bread

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350Jiffy Corn Muffin mix prepared, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1/8 cup *Margarine, soft, 1 tsp
grease round pie pan with margarine
mix jiffy mix acording to pakage directions
stir in 1/8 cup sugar
bake at 350 for 15 min
stick toothpick in center to test doneness
toothpick should come out clean,
lossen sides of cornbread with a spatula.
flip upside down on a diner plate to remove from pie pan to cool.
makes 6 servings
