For one serving:1 large iceberg letttuce leaf1 tomato slice or wedge1 cucumber slice, with peel1/4 cup shredded carrot1/4 cup shredded radish1 tbsp fat-free salad dressing of your choice
Directions

A cutting board
A chef/paring knife
A bowl to plate

1) Wash your veggies first!
2) Tear a fresh lettuce leaf from the head.
3) Slice your tomato and cucumber.
4) Shred your carrot and radish
5) Plate your veggies and pour your dressing on.
6) Enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
