1 can - Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 package - Mixed Vegetables, frozen3 frozen Chicken Breast1/2 cup of Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free2 potatoes cut in cubes

Add all ingredients in crock pot with chicken on the bottom. Cook on high for 3-5 hours.
