3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts1/4 cup olive oil1 large egg1 tbsp crushed red pepper1 tbsp curry powder1 tbsp chili powder1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup bread crumbs
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees. mix together olive oil and egg until combined completely.
2. Mix red pepper, curry powder, chili powder, flour, and bread crumbs in medium bowl.
3. Flatten the chicken breast so it is 1 1/2 inch thick.
4. Dip chicken breast in egg mixture then flour mixture, putting it straight into ungreased pan.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until its white on the inside.
serves 3-4 people.
