Black Bean Burrito

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla.5 c Black Beans.12 c Chedder Cheese, shredded.5 c Iceburge Lettuce, shredded.25 c Red Tomato, chopped1 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat
Directions
Place tortilla in a sauce pan. Put black beans in the middle of tortilla and top with cheese. Fold your burrito and secure with tooth picks. Turn stove on to medium heat and cook tortilla until it starts to crispin (or until the beans are heated and the cheese is melted). Place on a plate top with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. REMEMBER THERE ARE TOOTH PICKS IN YOUR BURRITO! Makes 1 serving.
