Manitoba Meatloaf

Ingredients
1/2 stack of soda crackers, crushed1 lb. lean ground turkey1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup 1% milk1/2 - 1 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 egg1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce1 tsp. dry mustard powder1 tsp. garlic powder1/4 cup Bullseye Barbecue Sauce
Directions
Set oven to 350F. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with your hands or a wooden spoon. Pour into a 7" x 5" greased loaf pan. Flatten the top with a fork. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Slice into 6 slices. Serves 6.
