Enchiladas

Ingredients
8 - 6 inch flour tortillas1 can fat free refried beans1 pound lean ground beef1 pkg. taco seasoning2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 can enchilada sauce - red or green
Directions
1. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray. Pour 1/2 of enchilada sauce on bottom of pan.
2. Cook and drain hamburger. Stir in seasoning and refried beans. Divide hamburger mixture evenly between flour tortilla shells. Sprinkle with ~2 Tbsp. cheese. Roll up tightly.
3. Place enchiladas on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for ~20 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10-15 minutes.
