Ingredients
12 oz Turkey Breakfast Sausage1 can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1-1/2 Skim Milkblack pepper to taste, I use course ground pepper or grind you own
Directions
Brown Turkey sausage in frying pan, all soup and milk, whisk until smooth and bubbly. Serve over your choice of biscuit. Calorie count for biscuit not included in recipe. Serve 1/4 cup over biscuit.

    I often make a healthy version of Biscuits and Gravy. Usually, I brown a package of non-fat tofu sausage, add skim milk and pepper (sometimes other spices if I'm adventurous) and thicken it with cornstarch. I've done this with the turkey sausage as well. I will try the mushroom soup, sounds good! - 9/8/08
