Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey or chicken3 large Omega-3 eggs20 whole wheat saltine crackers, crushed fine1 tbsp poultry seasoning
Directions
Preheat over to 360 degrees. Mixed all ingredients together well. Form into balls (makes 24) and place on a broiler rack. Bake for 30 mins. Can be quick frozen on a cookie sheet when cooled and used for a quick snack with a dipping sauce or with your favorite spagetti receipe.
