Buffalo Chicken Bites

Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ouncesTexas Pete Buffalo Style Chicken Wing Sauce, 4 tbsp
Combine hot sauce, pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from the heat adn add 5 teaspoons of the butter, stirring until melted.
Melt the remaining 1 tsp of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks and add the chicken to the saucepan and cook, stirring frequently until well browned (8 to 10 minutes). Add the pepper sauce mixture and cook for about 1 minues longer, tossing the chicken to coat.
Serve with carrots, celery, and blue cheese dressing.
