Crawfish Etouffee

Ingredients
Ingredients: Butter, salted, 1 stick Fresh Chives, 8 tbsp chopped Onions, raw, 1 large choppedBell peppers0.5 cup, choppedLow Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cupCrawfish 1 Ibpaprika 1/2 of a teaspoon
Directions
Saute onion and bell pepper in the whole stick of butter.

Add crawfish after veggies are cooked.

Season to taste (I use Tony's)

Add cream of mushroom and paprika.

Simmer for 20 minutes

Serve over rice and add green onions
