Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 c. granulated sugar1 c. brown sugar, packed2/3 c. butter flavored crisco2/3 c. butter, unsalted2 eggs1 tsp vanilla2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt3 c. all-purpose flour1 pkg. (12 oz) chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix butter, crisco, and sugars together - cream until paler and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix. Add dry ingredients until moistened and add chips.
Put on ungreased cookie sheets with small scoop (2 tbsp). 12 per sheet. Bake 10-11 min or until slightly golden brown. Let cool on sheet 5 min then remove and cool completely on wire racks.

I recommend freezing any not immediately eaten for freshness.
