Ingredients
1 pkg Bear Creak Tortilla Soup Mix8 cups water8 oz. cooked and cubed chicken15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup frozen corn
Directions
Bring water to boil, add all other ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve with crushed tortilla chips, salsa, and cheese.

    Made this tonight and it was great. I love Bear Creek soups and this is a very good with the additions. I will make this again for sure. Used leftover chicken and had the meal in the pot to simmer within 5 minutes. Made my own tortilla strips, used cooking spray instead of oil though. Yummy. - 6/12/09
