Mexican Chocolate Fruit Dip

5 wedges of Ibarra Chocolate, ground2 tbls water1/2 c Eggbeaters1/2 c sweetened condensed milk2 tbls fat free half and half1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp orange flavor or 1 tsp of orange syrup1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Put chocolate and water in a double boiler and cook on low til chocolate has melted and mix well.
Take off heat and let cool for a minute or two but not enough to harden again.
Beat in eggs and flavor. Keep warm on burner but not to cooking point.
Beat condensed milk and half and half in a large bowl to as whipped as you can get it.
Fold into chocolate mixture then pour into serving dish and refridgerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Retrieve and dip with your favorite fruits. Especially good with strawberries and bananas!
