Chili Cabbage

Ingredients
1 head cabbage, sliced1 can Rotel1 can diced tomatoes1 10 oz frozen okra1 Tbsp cajun seasoning..to tastesmall onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced2 Tbsp olive oil1-2 Cups water
Directions
Heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic and saute until soft. Add all canned items plus extra water depending on the consistency you want. Add cabbage and cook until soft or 30 minutes on low.
