Quick and easy Strogonoff

Ingredients
Ground Turkey, 1 lb1 large Onion, choppedMushrooms, 2 cup, pieces or slicesOikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
Directions
Brown the turkey. Drain and set aside.

Sautee mushrooms and onion until golden.
Add turkey and yogurt. Stir together. Add soup and cook until most of the liquid is gone. Serve over noodles or rice.
