1 8 oz block reduced fat or fat free cream cheese.5 cup maple syrup, best quality.5 cup powdered sugar.5 cup pecans, finely ground
Allow cream cheese to warm a bit, add all remaining ingredients and whip with handmixer til smooth. Enough to pipe into 10 cannoli shapes, place in fridge for a few minutes to firm filling back up.
