3- 4 oz pink salmon1 T. SOY -Kikkoman lite soy sauce2 T. MAPLE SYRUP2 T. ONION (CHOPPED FINE)2 T. LEMON JUICE (bottled or fresh)1 T. finely chopped ginger root2 cloves garlic crushed
Just mix all ingredients in small zip sandwich bag or container than add fish and marinate overnight.
