Vegetable stock soup serves 6

Ingredients
3 small onions raw3 carrots raw3 Baked potatoes raw2 tomatoes5 fresh mushrooms1 green pepper20 green beans1 can of peas2 vegetable stock cubes3 pints of water
Directions
Place all the veg washed, peeled and chopped into small pieces, add the two tsp of stock cubes for added flavour and the water and simmer for up to an hour until all the veg is cooked.

If the soup is to watery add a small amount of mash potato flakes as this will thicken it up.
