6 cups raw potatos, diced small3 cups 2% milk1 stick butter1 tsp. minced garlic1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley1/2 cup Hormel Real Bacon Piecessalt & pepper to taste
Scrub and small dice potatoes. Cover with water and boil until water is thick and soupy. Reduce heat and add garlic, milk, butter, bacon and parsley. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with shredded cheddar/jack cheese if desired.
