Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
*4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves*1/2 pack dry Italian salad dressing*1 pack of mushrooms (sliced)*1 can of cream of chicken soup*1 can of cream of mushroom soup*1/2-1 cup of milk*4 oz of cream cheese*1/2 cup of sour cream
Directions
*Place chicken and mushrooms in slow cooker
*Mix both soups, milk (enough to thin out the soups) and Italian dressing mix together in separate bowl; pour over chicken/mushrooms
*Allow to cook on low for 5-6 hours
*Shred chicken using two forks
*Add cream cheese and sour cream to chicken and cook on high for another ½ hour, or until thick & bubbly
*Cook egg noodles per package directions. Add to the finished pot of chicken. Enjoy!
