Turkey Kielbasa Casserole

Ingredients
1 package turkey kielbasa (16 oz)1 can sauerkraut1 can condensed cream of mushroom soupswiss cheese1 bag egg noodles
Directions
-cook egg noodles until done
-slice keilbasa into 1/4 inch thick slices
-put noodles and keilbasa in a large baking dish, add condensed soup and sauerkraut and mix ingredients well
-put slices of swiss cheese on to-bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until food is heated and cheese is melted, in a 350 degree oven.

    Yum! I never thought of mixing noodles and sauerkraut! I used yolk free egg noodles and cream of celery instead of mushroom. Good consistency! - 7/24/07
