2 cups of 8th Continent fat free vanilla soy milk6-7 pieces of strawberries1 cup papaya (peeled).5 cup mango (you can omit this if you want)1 banana (medium or large)1 tbsp vanilla extract
I add 2 cups of 8th Continent Fat Free Vanilla Soy Milk (70 cal)
add the vanilla, banana, strawberries and papaya. You can add a mango, I add 1 scoop of protein powder.
Let blend for 2-3 minutes
enjoy.
serves 4-8oz.
