Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey breast1/4 cup bread crumbsSoy sauce, lite (to taste)Onion flakes (to taste)Garlic or garlic powder (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Form into a loaf in crock pot (lined with foil to make less of a mess)
Cook on low 6-8 hours

    Really easy and surprisingly tasty and filling. The tip about lining the crock pot with foil paid off - no mess at all.
    We had it with steamed vegetables and veg. gravy sauce. Didn't need any carbohydrates - that was enough.

    I read the comments before making this so I added the tomatos and also mushrooms... and the juice fromthe tomatos I left in the bottom of the crock pot... turned out MOIST and delicious!!! - 4/4/11

    Tasted fine, but it was super dry. I think I'll just cook it in the oven next time instead of 6 hours in the crockpot. - 6/8/09
