Wildrobin's Salmon Ceveche

Ingredients
-3/4 lb sushi grade salmon- 3 roma tomatoes- 1/2 c. white onion- 1 jalapeno pepper- juice of 2 limes- 1 avocado, diced- fresh cilantro
Directions
- marinate salmon in lime juice for 4 hours
- drain lime juice
- add other ingredients & season with salt and pepper
- enjoy with tortilla chips
