orange juice 4 ozfiber one yogurt 4 ozfrozen strawberries 3-4frozen blueberries or blackberries 1/4 cup1 medium banana
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Drink and enjoy.

    Thats cool Ive been trying pinapple instead of banana and apple instead of orange because I know some people don't like the citris fruits as much but apple and pineapple are up high on the most liked citrus list! :D - 1/8/09
