Vegan 15 Bean Soup

Ingredients
15 bean soup mix (discard flavor packet), celery, carrots, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, water, corn
Directions
Soak beans overnight. Drain beans. Add water and bring to boil, then turn down to simmer for 1 1/5 hours. Add vegetables and continue simmering for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper or a splash of hot sauce. Enjoy!
