Broiled Chicken Pita

Ingredients
4 oz broiled chicken (cubed)1/4 C Hummus1 Whole Wheat Pita1 C Romaine Lettuce2 Slices of Red Onions4 Slices Tomatoes
Directions
Pre-cook and freeze chicken or cook fresh (will take longer to prepare).

Cook or re-heat chicken. Cube cooked chicken. Toss with hummus.Cut pita in half. Open halves into pockets. Stuff each half with all ingredients. Enjoy!

Makes 2 pockets.

***Flavor tip!****
Marinate chicken in 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice and 1/4 cup of Frank's (or Chulula's) Hot Sauce before broiling for a Spicy pita!
